Reservations
- 50% deposit on bookings is payable within 48 hours of confirmation to ensure reservation
- Remainder of amount due is payable before or on arrival
- Use the 'Contact Us' page to send us your details and we will respond shortly. Alternatively contact us at 083 457 8632 or ejekel@absamail.co.za (please copy & paste the email address in your mail client) for a reservation.
- Payments:
- Electronic transfers
- Cash on arrival
- Unfortunately cheques cannot be accepted without prior bank clearance
- No credit card facilities
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than one month prior to arrival will be fully refunded.
- When cancelled between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the reservation will be payable.
- When cancelled less than one week before arrival the full accommodation charge will be payable.
- In the event of premature departure the full period of the reservation will be payable.
